Days in Morgan Hill

The other day I had an easier session in the pool and got out early. Photo opportunity occurred as the sun was going down while Gavin finished his laps.

The rides here are pretty hot but still enjoyable.
Beautiful scenery, rolling hills and mucho cyclists on the roads. Of course most of them on Specialized bikes.

Why make life easy?
Why go to LaBaule and race a sprint distance French Grandprix when you can do a cold, hilly, olympic distance race in the Bundesliga..?
Tough or just plain stupid..?

Bronze medal in the 2010 World Championship Series

It was a tough day at the office.
The body didn’t feel great or strong at any stage of the race.
I had to fight really hard to finish where I did.
A 4th place. A sprint finish. And the bronze medal was secured.
Celebrations all night!
I did it!
