		<description>You are so right!
It seems like a good tradition for you to have a break every year, whether you have chosen it yourself or not  I am sure that this year will be no exception. Maybe these interruptions and the &quot;unfitness&quot; gives you some special motivation that makes you work even harder than you would have otherwise.

Nice to see you among the nominees for best female last Monday. Great job considering that Triathlon is such a small sport here. I am afraid that Helena Jonsson is going to win a lot of awards the coming years, since Sweden seems to be completely in love with Biathlon now. She is a great athlete too, of course.

I understand your frustration about losing your fitness. I am trying to find time to get back on track, since I am running Broloppet (21 km) in June. I have bought a spinning bike that I am using in my garage, but I have a long way back to fitness. I have no endurance and no legs compared to six months ago.

Can&#039;t wait for spring to come so I can start running again. I also can&#039;t wait until my graduation from the teacher programme next January. Imagine all the free time I will have then, to do sports again like before

Good luck with the preseasonal training!
