Barb kicked butt in South American Games

I’m proud to announce that my friend and fellow training partner Barbara Riveros did really well over Colombia!
She left back for Chile last week and then from there to Colombia to compete in the South American Games in Guatape Odesur.
She did not only win the race but did it with a margin of almost three minutes. In a sprint race!
Way to go chicka!
“After passed half of the hill, i stood up and dancing up . Side to side , thinking pushing from my hip flexor, bum, and 5 degrees. I didn’t think to drop her , however after finished the 1st hill she was 20m back, so i said to myself “come on chicka , don’t wait for the pack they won’t help you START TO DANCE ROCK AND ROLL”. “
