Happy New 2010!!

With a computer that broke down and a mobile phone that died I have been completely cut off the world for a while. Touch wood it all will be working now ,-and for the rest of 2010!
I apologize for the lack of updating my homepage, just remember that this means I’m training so much I fall over dead when I get home… And have no energy to scooter down to the video shops internet computer.
You should be more worried when there are plenty of updates…
Anyways, my new years resolution will be to write more and better at my homepages… 
And to train well and maybe even more start to listen to my body a wee bit…
