Swedish rice pudding

So this time of year again.

The time to be strong and restrain from stuffing my nose full of pudding and mince pies. Or maybe just add another couple of hill reps to the program…?

I still struggle to find the Xmas feeling on a beach with the temperatures rising to the 30 deg mark. And still can’t think of BBQ prawns as Xmas food.

But, I still really do quite like it!

And I like the feeling of getting stronger as I’m building up my body again. Like always this time of year. I like how the hill reps gets quicker every time, how the sessions are uncomplicated with the main mission just to tick off every one of them.
