Silver medal in the 2012 Kitzbühel ITU World Triathlon Series

It was a great day and very pleasing outcome.

I lost a sprint for the win,

and I won a medal for my confidence.

There has been some rough months behind me, sitting out races rehabbing injuries.

To come out in Kitzbühel today, feeling strong and being back in the mix-  was very much what I had hoped for.

Coach deserves a big beer tonight.
